You can expect nothing to be too challenging at Orange - we've made thousands of music recordings in many different styles for clients through New Zealand and Australia - regularly creating music for Whitebait Television (What Now, The Erin Simpson Show, Animal Academy), arranging and composing music for jazz bands and orchestras (such as the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and Christchurch Symphony Orchestra), writing music for television, radio, cinema and web advertisements (through agencies and production companies such as Shuriken, Imagic, Strategy, Solid Rock Media Group, Grid City...), producing studio albums and live albums for lots of local, national and international musicians (such as Mark Walton, Julie Wylie, Amy Grace and Rebecca Nelson), writing game music for gaming companies throughout New Zealand, scoring numerous short and feature films produced throughout New Zealand and Australia, and writing jingles for brands such as Christchurch Casino, Tait Electronics, Animates, Mortgage Link and SmokeFree. The point I'm trying to make is... we know what we're doing.
We're not just a recording studio. While we can record your album no problem, we specialise in being able to musically direct, arrange, produce, provide session musicians or just lend a critical ear.
